HBG has produced its second series of plastic gaming pieces that may be used in miniature games such as Axis & Allies, Memoir44, and many other miniature war games. These have been done in approximately the same scale as A&A and FMG minis so that you have a better selection of pieces to choose from for your variant and house rules. There will be a second release of German pieces with more all new sculpts. This set is The Axis Minors and is available in 7 colors: Black, Dark Gray, Light Gray, Ivory, Yellow, Mustard Yellow, and Italian Brown (A&A).

Great pieces

Great pieces and detailling, the artillery pieces are fragile, two of them i had to glue together because they fel apart.

Great Axis Minor pieces!

These pieces make great Axis Minor armies in Global War or Axis and Allies 1940! I use the dark grey for Bulgaria, the light grey for Hungary, the yellow for Romania, the black for Iraq (in AA1940), and the ivory for Finland! I hope that HBG can produce a similar set for the Allies (Free French, Yugoslavian, Canadian, etc). Also, it would be great to see this set in a Vichy French colour! Keep up the good work HBG!

Once again, superb.

Once again, HBG did a outstanding job. I have had mine for a year now, in addition to the first German set. Nice crisp detail. They fit in nicely (I have replaced my entire German army) with the oob units being reserves. True, some parts are too in scale, but that doesn't take away from any detail or in my opinion, how they fit in with the game. Thank you HBG for another grade A product.

Just love them.. if you can get some individual pecies you will have a cool German army.

Excellent models

A great value for a bunch of minis in one set. Nice mix of units, easy to buy all at once. Really nothing more to say than these are excellent models. Very identifiable as to shape, and quite detailed.
