Nothing like letting a mustard-yellow Romanian tank stroll into Soviet territory after destroying their vaunted infantry masses! Let those Soviets know they are doomed when even the minor Axis powers defeat them! Seeing a variety of national colours moving through Russia helps to capture the reality of the Southern flank, and the detail is very impressive!

And more plastic goodness!

I had previously ordered the set with multiple different Axis units, and liked the 38(t) included there, so I bought more individually. In addition, I bought some of the Japanese Ho-Ni TD, and blended these two, using the hull of the 38(t) and the gun mount of the Ho-Ni, to create a quasi-Marder III. I did use an X-Acto blade to re-shape the gun shields to more closely look like the Marder's outline. Viola! nearly instant unique German TD.

Italian Brown 38-ton Light Tank

-I use these EXCELLENTLY detailed BROWN 38-ton Light Tanks for Italians in HBG's ultimate game GLOBAL WAR 1936-45, a.k.a Global War 2nd Edition. When starting a game in 1936 Light Tanks are the only armor available for a couple of years. These HBG original units do the job well. Thanks again HBG! -Tall Paul

Versatile Tank Unit

The base tank you get with the neutrals is the Polish 7TP. In reality, the Czechoslovakian 38T was exported to more countries, and so may be the better unit. It is versatile because it could be a tank for neutrals (Sweden, Switzerland, Peru, Iran, Lithuania), for minor allies if you play 1939 Global War (Poland, Norway, Czechoslovakia), or for the axis (Germany, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria) as captured Czech tanks were used by Germany and others. So it is one of the few tanks that could be seen with all 3 of those factions.
