While Canada’s contribution to the Allied victory was naturally smaller than that of her major

allies, Great Britain and the United States, the quality of her achievements were high.

The Canadian Army emerged from World War II with a proud record of service. The Canadian

army deployed across the globe in many theatres including the Aleutians, Hong Kong,

Africa, Italy, France, and Germany. The Royal Canadian Air Force took a substantial

share in the air offensive against the Axis Forces, and through the British Commonwealth

Air Training Plan (BCATP), trained large numbers of airmen

Great Set
While this set is a bit pricey, but it is very high quality. The Canadian roundels are excellent. My set looks just like the photo; a few of the roundels look perfect, but a couple have the maple leaf and white centre slightly off from true centre. The corvette units are perfect to reflect the large numbers of smaller escort vessels Canada produced and used in World War 2. Canada ended the war with the 3rd largest navy in the world! The British Commonwealth Air Training Program roundel is the nicest of any type I have ever seen, very crisp and highly detailed. The Devil's Brigade and Queen's Own Rifles are very cool units as well. The only complaint is that the Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry (PPCLI), while it has the correct logo, is called the Queen's Light Infantry below it, which isn't quite the actual name.
