This is the same sculpt as the Russian piece from Europe 40-2nd Ed.

Great Pieces for Axis and Allies

although I would prefer France to have own pieces, these are well made and cool none the less.

Best Cruiser

Suitable, matches other units. I do think the manufacturer should have made the cruiser more distinctive, other than length, from the destroyer.
