Fantastic Fantasque

For a Destroyer, Le Fantasque was big & fast with slightly larger guns, (half an inch can make a lot of difference ;). This model conveys that, with detail showing the ship positively bristling with gun emplacements. Unlike her French sister ships, she isn’t oversized & sits well amongst her rivals, with a similar presence as the Zerstörer, (50x5mm – 1.97x0.2in). The colour blends well with existing units & if like mine, there are curved hulls, launching them into boiling water for a few seconds solves that. Ominously, they sink.
