• The large flakturm (HBG-3DP-0163 ) costs 10 IPCs and has a movement of 0.  It can only be built in a territory containing an IC. It cannot attack but counts as 6 AA guns in the defensive.  
• Five hits are required to destroy this unit. 
•  If either flakturm is located in the same territory as a radar tower, flakturms fire with a +1 advantage.
