“Allez les Bleus!”

Thanks to HBG we can now replace the entire French OOB, so that they don’t have to use everyone else’s equipment like hand-me-downs. Ironically, first up is the one unique unit that France did possess. Since the game comes with specific Inf. if you’re on a tight budget, these guys are probably last on the shopping list, but that doesn’t mean they’re not worth it. In almost identical blue, they have a more dynamic pose, in keeping with other Inf. They are slightly bigger with a wider base, but still fit the unit chips. Nicely detailed, they trade their greatcoats for backpacks.

Full Bodied Figure

This an excellent, full bodied figure. It is a little bit bigger than you are used to but if you can get over the tall 1940 2nd edition ANZAC figs you'll get over this. It is even satisfying to just hold and look at.

Perfect alternative to OOB French inf

Perfect alternate for the official French infantry units. Slightly larger than standard (taller and wider base). I purchased the whole set of dark blue French units to replace the blue Soviet and US units the French use in standard A&A Europe and these infantry are the perfect compliment, though they can also just replace the standard inf or represent Vichy if desired.
