Global 1940 House Rules For Militia Unit Militia Unit D6 Stats Attack: 1 Defense: 1 Movement: 1* Cost: 2 Militia Rules Militia units are built without using factories in land zones controlled by the player at the start of their turn. These land zones must also have an IPC value of one or more. Players can build as many militia units as they like, but up to one militia unit may be placed in a territory each turn. *Militia units can only move in and attack from territories originally controlled by the power that built them. Militia cannot participate in amphibious or airborne assaults.
