This set is the definitive treatment of the Netherlands for Global War 1936-1945. The set contains a full range of Dutch military units (16 pieces in all) including a new unit type – the Armored Car! You’ll also get a set of Dutch roundels, and special unit markers for Royal Dutch Marines and Korps Kommandotroepen. Special rules in this set cover Dutch colonies in the Netherlands East Indies and South America. The set comes with three plastic oil derricks to simulate oil production facilities. New rules allow players the option to run the Netherlands as an independent country with its own National Reference Sheet. These rules are written Global War -2nd Edition, however at the end of this document are a few changes necessary to play these with Global War 1st edition or Axis and Allies 1940.

Nice set

This is a really neat set that adds the Dutch as a playable power. The pieces are well made and nicely detailed. It is awesome to have a specially detailed Dutch navy army and air force. The orange plastic is great and really looks good on the map board. Even if you don't want to play with the Dutch as a separate country this set allows you to add their pieces to the allied mix. In my house rules of AA global 1940 Netherlands is played in conjunction with the French turn and give a bit more for French to do.

Netherlands at War

Tired of the Brits just assuming control of your resource rich colonies? No more! Add these units to your came and take the fight to the pacific. The oil derricks add an additional detail, potential loss of oil income for the Japanese and the chance for the allies to pay more for their machines if the Axis capture the Netherland's South American oil!
