At Historical Board Gaming, we are committed to delivering your purchases in perfect condition. However, we understand that sometimes things go wrong during delivery and items may be damaged. In such cases, we have policies in place to address these issues and ensure your satisfaction.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. In your communication, please provide the following:
  • Your order number
  • Your name and contact details
  • The part numbers and quantity of the missing or damaged items.
  • A detailed description of the damage
  • Photographic evidence of the damage, unopened box (all sides), damaged item, Shipping Label.

Once we receive this information, we will review your claim and reach out to you with a resolution as soon as possible. This could involve a refund, a replacement item sent at no additional cost, or a credit to your account, depending on the circumstances.

Shipping Issues

If your package is lost in transit or does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please reach out to us. We will work with our shipping partners to track your package and resolve the issue. Please note that Historical Board Gaming is not responsible for shipments that are lost or damaged due to uncontrollable events or natural disasters. However, we will always do our best to assist in these situations.

Returns

For damaged items, we do not generally require a return, but there may be circumstances where we need the item back to assess the damage further or to process a warranty claim with our suppliers. In these cases, we will arrange and cover the cost of return shipping.
