Submarine costs 8, has no attack capability, defends at 1 (d6 or d12).
Any friendly sub which passes through the same sea zone as a Type XIV during a round gets a +1 bonus to movement that round, and to attack that round, due to resupply.
Up to three normal submarine types can resupply from a Type XIV each round.
Has normal РІР‚пїЅsubmergingРІР‚в„ў ability to avoid combat, unless at least one enemy destroyer is present.
